Q - What kind of support do you provide?

A - As we own our own hosting company, we provide you with any technical support you need. We also provide you with a complete support database holding the answers to the questions you are looking for, and if that does not solve your query, then we are only a phone call away

 

 

Q - How do I accept payments on my new website?

A - Your new website will come installed ready to start taking payments immediately. The majority of our customers will use Paypal to take payments. Paypal are now recognised as the leading merchant for online payments today. Also, the other advantage is that ALL your customers will be able to make payments to you, without having any kind of Paypal account; you will be able to accept direct credit and debit cards - As well as the usual cheque and postal payments, should you choose.

 

 

Q - Is the stock already on my website?

A - The product range you choose will already be installed on your website when it is activated, this saves you have to do all the manual work yourself. This is an automatic process.

 

 

Q - How does the pricing work?

A - When your website is activated, you will have the opportunity to add your profit margins. For example, if a product costs £4 from the supplier we provide you, then you can choose what profit margins to add, and this can either be done by a % of the amount, or by adding a certain value, £4 profit for example.

 

 

Q - What happens after I start receiving orders?

A - This is also a very easy process, and is the essence of dropshipping. The reason being, that when you receive an order on your website, you simply go to the supplier's website (which we provide you with) and place the order via their website. That is it. You do not have to even see any products, as the dropshipper will post the products directly to your customer using plain packaging.

 

 

Q - Do I have to pay for loads of stock?

A - You NEVER have to pay for any stock in advance. Your supplier will never ask you to buy products in advance, neither will you be asked to buy any minimum quantities. You ONLY pay for products to be sent to your customers AFTER your customer has paid you. Therefore, you always have a 100% positive cash-flow.

 

 

Q - Which website business should I choose?

A - All of our product ranges have been chosen for their ability to produce sales. When researching which product ranges to offer our customers, we placed the emphasis on the largest possible market place, and sales potential. It may be a wise move to choose a website business with products you may be interested in yourself, although this is not essential, as all the ranges sell equally well.

 

 

Q - I am not very technical, will I still be able to run a website business?

A - UKdropshop will provide all the suppliers you need, for each product range you decide to use. For example, if you choose a DVD website business, then together with your website, you will receive details on where you can open your account with the supplier. No additional costs will be required to open any membership with the suppliers.

All suppliers are professional, UK based suppliers who are much experienced in shipping your orders directly to the end user. We work very closely with all suppliers to ensure your orders and communications run as smoothly as possible.

 

 

Q -  Can I sell the products anywhere else?

A - Yes, as well as selling and profiting from your website, you can also promote the products anywhere else you wish. If you choose to sell the products on auction sites, such as eBay, then that is great. There are a few exceptions with certain products, buy on the whole you will have a free reign to promote and profit from any product range, as you choose, providing the auction websites allow them.

The other main advantage of this combination, is that by selling on auction websites, you have the perfect opportunity to promote your website to all your buyers, which in turn will result in additional sales and free advertising. Many of our members use this principle to great effect.

 

 

Q - How will I know when I have received an order?

A - You will find out in two ways when you have made a sale. Firstly, a quick log into your website will show all the orders you will have made, and also as you will be using Paypal to receive payments, you will receive an email detailing all your orders, as and when you have made them.

 

 

Q - What is the quickest way to start my internet business.

A - You can start your business right away, no matter what time of the day or night, as the whole process is automatic.
